Pure Bliss Emporium: Returns Policy

At PBE, we want you to feel confident and excited about your purchases. We encourage you to explore our detailed product descriptions, measurements, and photos before buying to help you make the best choice. If you have any questions about a product, please contact us at iris@pureblissemporium.com before you complete your purchase.

Order Changes and Address Issues

We pride ourselves on fast, discreet shipping. Because of this, we're unable to cancel orders once you've completed the checkout process, as they are immediately prepared for shipment.

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We print shipping labels exactly as you provide them. If you realize you've made an error, email us immediately at iris@pureblissemporium.com. We'll do our best to correct the address before your order ships, but we cannot guarantee changes once processing has begun.

Pure Bliss Emporium is not responsible for packages that are misdelivered due to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect address, we will issue a refund for the items, but minus the original shipping charge ($9.99 for standard shipping or $29.95 for expedited). The refund will be processed once we confirm the items have arrived back at our warehouse.

Similarly, if you accidentally ordered an extra quantity of an item, please notify us at iris@pureblissemporium.com with the subject line "ORDER" as soon as possible. We'll try to adjust your order, but if it has already been processed, we won't be able to make changes.

Returns & Exchanges

Due to the intimate nature of our products, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges unless an item has a manufacturer defect. For health and safety reasons, once an item leaves our warehouse, it's considered used and cannot be returned, even if it's new and in its original packaging. We guarantee all our products are shipped new from our warehouse. Thank you for your understanding.

Please inspect all products immediately upon receipt to ensure they are in good working order and that you received exactly what you ordered.

 * If you discover a manufacturer defect within 15 days of receiving your order, we will replace it with the same item.

 * For defective items found after this 15-day period, we will help you contact the manufacturer directly to find a solution.
