Discreet Shipping
All packages are shipped in plain boxes or bubble packs with the return address marked as SHIPPING DEPARTMENT.
It will not indicate the origin or contents unless required for international customs purposes. Our business name, "Pure Bliss Emporium," is not used anywhere on the outside packaging.
All orders appear as "SP PURE BLISS EMPORIUM" on your credit card or bank statement.
Order Cancellation/Address Amendments
Please note, we are unable to cancel orders once the checkout process has been completed. All orders are immediately uploaded so that we can fulfill our promise of fast, discreet shipping.
Please ensure that you provide us with the correct shipping address. It is copied exactly as provided onto your shipping label. If you have entered an incorrect shipping address, please notify us immediately via email at iris@pureblissemporium.com with the subject line "ORDER," and we will try our best to modify the address before it ships.
Pure Bliss Emporium is not responsible for misdirected packages as a result of incorrect information being input on the order page. We cannot change or update an address once the item has been processed.
If your package is returned to us, we will issue a refund for the items in your order minus the $9.99 standard shipping charge or $29.95 expedited if selected at checkout. The refund will be issued once we confirm the products have been received back to our warehouse.
We fulfill orders exactly as they are received. If you have inadvertently added an extra quantity of a given item, please notify us at iris@pureblissemporium.com, with the subject line "ORDER" as soon as possible. We will do our best to modify your order, however if it has already been processed, we are unable to make any changes.
Please note, for health and safety reasons due to the intimate nature of our products, we are unable to accept any returns on items that have been received into a customer’s home. This includes items still new in the package. We guarantee that all of our products are newly shipped right from our warehouse. Thank you for your understanding.
Tracking
All orders include tracking numbers. Your tracking number will be emailed to you once your order is shipped - usually within 1-2 business days of placing your order.
Missing or Lost Parcels
Pure Bliss Emporium is not responsible for the reimbursement, replacement, or re-shipment of parcels that are deemed missing or lost. Each parcel receives a tracking number. You can file a claim for missing packages with USPS or UPS (whichever provider your package is assigned)

If the carrier does not deliver an order and it is returned to us, we will automatically refund the cost of the item minus the shipping costs. You are free to order a new, replacement order at any time.
